CommonSpirit Health's CHI St. Vincent unit in Arkansas is seeking a Temporary Travel Assignment Nurse (RN) for a 12-week cardiac step-down assignment. You will deliver compassionate, high-quality care, perform skilled procedures, and collaborate with an interdisciplinary team to ensure optimal patient outcomes.

The role requires AR license or compact, travel and acute Med-Surg experience, and AHA BLS. Conversion incentives and flexible PRN options may apply after the contract.

Qualifikationen

• Arkansas RN license or multistate license (unencumbered).
• Travel experience required.
• Medical-Surgical experience required.
• AHA BLS certification; additional unit certifications as needed.

*Job Summary and Responsibilities*

As a Temporary Travel Assignment Nurse (RN), you will be a pivotal healthcare professional, delivering compassionate, high-quality care that truly impacts our patients' well-being and recovery.

Every day, you will leverage your expertise to provide individualized, comprehensive care, making critical assessments, performing skilled procedures, and meticulously implementing patient care plans. You'll collaborate seamlessly within an interdisciplinary team, contributing to a dynamic environment focused on optimal patient outcomes. This is a 12 week contract for Cardiac Step-down RN's for 3x12's every other weekend.

To Be Successful In This Role, You Will

• Have the ability to multitask in a fast paced environment while delivering quality patient care
• Collect, read, and interpret assigned patient’s health history
• Create and implement care plans in collaboration with other care team members
• Administer medications to patients and educate caregivers when necessary
