Responsibilities include document intake, information verification, handling inquiries by phone/email, and maintaining records and payments.

Qualifications

• A high school diploma or equivalent plus clerical experience.
• Ability to retain knowledge of DMV policies and explain policy to customers.
• Clerical duties and attention to detail required.

Responsibilities

• Examines, accepts, prepares, enters and prints documents for licenses, permits, IDs, registrations and titles.
• Create and edit customer name and address fields.
• Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or in person and direct to appropriate areas.
