Job summary

Northwestern University in Evanston seeks a Temporary Technical Support Specialist to provide frontline IT support for staff and maintain workplace technology. The role covers deployment, maintenance and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and conference room tech.

You will work with end users and IT staff to resolve issues and support projects, with a strong emphasis on customer service and collaboration. This is a temporary, on-site position.

Qualifications

Pay: $22.00 per hour

This role assists with the deployment, maintenance, and troubleshooting of computers, mobile devices, peripherals, and conference room technology. The position works closely with end users and IT staff to resolve technical issues, support technology projects, and maintain a high level of customer service.

Temporary Job Description

In addition to salary, this temporary position is eligible for paid time off and paid sick time in accordance with Northwestern University policies. This position is not eligible for other benefits offered to regular staff positions.
