Job summary

Fenwick & West LLP is seeking a temporary Talent Acquisition Specialist for approximately 6-9 months. The role is hybrid, with 2 days onsite per week at the designated office and additional in-office days as needed.

The position is full-time exempt. The candidate will screen and interview candidates, coordinate offers, partner with hiring managers, develop sourcing plans, and ensure a strong candidate experience.

We have an opening in our HR Department for a temporary (estimated 6-9 months) Talent Acquisition Specialist who will help attract, screen and select qualified staff across all levels in the firm. This position offers a hybrid schedule and requires 2 days onsite per week at your designated office with the possibility of additional required in-office days depending on business and client needs. This is a full-time exempt position.

Reporting to the Talent Acquisition Manager, the ideal candidate will have 3+ years of recruiting experience (law firm or professional services experience a plus), and knowledge of state and federal employment law.

Benefits and Compensation Details

We provide benefits to eligible employees under plans such as Healthcare, Life Insurance, Health Savings Accounts, Flexible Spending Accounts, and Wellbeing. Except as otherwise required by law, temporary employees are generally not entitled to these benefits.

The anticipated range for this position is: $84,000 - $120,000. Depending on the role, the actual base salary offered may depend upon a variety of factors, including without limitation, the qualifications of the individual applicant for the position, years of relevant experience, level of education attained, certifications or other professional licenses held, and if applicable, the location in which the applicant lives and/or from which they will be performing the job.

A discretionary bonus for eligible employees may also be available based on performance. Additional information about employee eligibility for benefits and discretionary bonus will be made available upon request.
