Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume environment.

• Ability to manage competing priorities and high requisition volume while maintaining quality.
• Strong organizational, prioritization, and time-management skills.
• Experience in a digital recruiting environment or ATS.
