• Strong use of the English language in verbal and written communication.
• Customer service mindset with a proactive approach.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word and Excel.
• Identifies potential maintenance, safety, and fire issues.

Responsibilities

• Exceed sales goals by promoting unit rentals, warranties, moving supplies, and securing positive reviews.
• Guide and assist new customers through the rental process for smooth transactions.
• Reach out to potential clients to confirm moving dates and secure units.
• Manage past due tenants and handle lien/auction paperwork efficiently.
• Provide exceptional customer service and meet client needs.
• Perform daily property inspections to ensure security, cleanliness, and upkeep.
• Light gardening work and maintenance tasks.
• Operate power tools for property and grounds maintenance.
• Use cleaning and maintenance chemicals to keep property appealing.
• Communicate results and recommendations to management clearly.
• Travel occasionally to nearby locations for scheduled shifts.
• Maintain flexible schedule, including holiday shifts.
