Job summary

KATV in Arkansas is seeking a dynamic temporary Host for our live lifestyle show. The ideal candidate will conduct live and taped paid and non-paid interviews, segments and packages, and go live in the field.

The role requires a Bachelor’s degree in Journalism and a minimum of 2 years of on-air hosting experience on a lifestyle show, with strong interviewing and interpersonal skills. Valid driver’s license and clean driving record are required.

No day will look the same as a host, however, the main responsibilities of the role will include:

• Assists with daily show preparation and content generation
• Ability to conduct live and taped interviews in studio and in the field
• Participates in pre and post-show meetings
