Job summary

Alliance Building Services is seeking a Temporary Security Dispatcher for Alliance Security in New York. The role supports on-call security coverage, payroll tasks, and schedule management across multiple shifts.

You will use WinTeam and MS Office to track time, attendance, and billing while coordinating with security officers and supervisors to ensure site coverage and minimize overtime. Availability for Friday-Sunday and Monday-Tuesday night shifts is required.

Qualifications

• Ability to manage highly confidential information and prioritize tasks.
• In-depth knowledge of payroll processes, labor laws, and union contracts.
• Experience with payroll/dispatching software, particularly WinTeam, is preferred.
• Proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel, Outlook, and data entry/analysis.
• Strong interpersonal, analytical, and communication skills, with the ability to manage stressful situations professionally.

Responsibilities

• Ensure adequate on-call security force to cover vacancies in assigned portfolio.
• Oversee and monitor the scheduling of security officers and supervisors to minimize overtime.
• Track time-off requests, emergencies, call-outs, and absences to maintain site coverage.
• Audit schedules for billing accuracy, including overtime and extra coverage reports.
• Handle administrative functions like payroll, billing data, and resolving discrepancies in WinTeam system.

Schedule: Friday - Sunday 2:00 PM- 10:30 PM & Monday - Tuesday 10:00 PM - 6:30 AM

Hourly Rate: $22.00-$24.00/Hour
