Job summary

Grandview School District #200 is seeking a paraprofessional to support the Principal and School Counselor with administrative tasks and data collection. The role involves assisting with student assessments and standardized testing to ensure a smooth testing experience for all students.

You will collaborate with the counselor to monitor students' academic and social-emotional progress, participate in meetings and professional development, and support in small group settings under supervision.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Paraprofessional experience preferred.
• Bilingual abilities preferred.
• Must be at least eighteen years old and meet paraprofessional requirements.

Responsibilities

• Assist the Principal and Counselor with administrative functions.
• Attend meetings, trainings, workshops, and professional development with the counselor.
• Gather and organize pertinent data to support the school counselor.
• Assist with student assessments and standardized testing to ensure a smooth testing experience.
• Monitor students' academic and social-emotional progress in small groups with the counselor.
