Grandview School District is seeking part-time supplemental contract tutors to support identified struggling students through small group reading and math practice and targeted tutorials.
The role includes collaborating with 21st Century specialists, participating in trainings, and aiding in pre- and post-assessments. Candidates should hold a related bachelor’s degree and a Washington State Teaching Certificate, emphasizing teamwork and flexible, student-centered instruction.
Work with identified struggling students who would benefit from small group assistance during guided independent reading/math practice and/or with tutorials.
Participate in all training(s) related to the components of the support you will be implementing.
Assist in administering pre- and post- assessments, as appropriate.
Work with 21st Century specialists and site supervisor to implement 21st Century programming.
