Job summary

Coach in Omaha, NE is seeking a Sales Support Associate who will uphold our brand commitment and deliver outstanding service to every customer. You will welcome clients, process transactions, organize stock, and support merchandising and store operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of retail experience, familiarity with fashion trends, POS systems, and strong communication skills. Flexible schedule includes nights/weekends; base pay ranges from $15.00 to $18.50 per hour with full benefits.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience, preferably in luxury retail.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and competition in the marketplace.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including use of iPad/laptop, mobile POS, and internet; ability to use walkie‑talkie and read price/product release sheets.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast‑paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer‑service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency (for EU).

The Sales Support Associate role is integral to the store’s overall success and efficiency, demanding direct attention to our brand commitment when servicing customers.

Key Responsibilities

Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including public holidays).

Physical Requirements: Ability to lift at least 25 lbs. regularly (up to 50 lbs occasionally), to climb, bend, kneel, and maneuver the sales floor and stockroom.

Base Pay Range

$15.00 – $18.50 per hour.
