Coach is seeking a Retail Sales Associate in the United States. Welcome clients with warmth, provide personalized assistance, and act as a brand ambassador in-store and in the local market. You will operate POS, manage stock, support visual merchandising, and uphold Loss Prevention standards.
Flexibility for nights, weekends, peak seasons, and high-traffic days is required to meet business needs. The role involves lifting up to 25 lbs and working on the sales floor to deliver exceptional service.
Schedule: Ability to work a flexible schedule to meet business needs—including nights, weekends, peak busy season, and high‑traffic retail days (including, but not limited to, public holidays).
