Microwave Techniques is searching for a Temporary Sales Assistant in our Gorham, Maine location. The ideal candidate will be a college student, re-entering the work force, or a candidate transitioning careers or location.

What will you do in this role?

• Review data and cleanup in CRM, server and ERP systems
• Standardization and streamlining existing tools such as spreadsheets with redundant data
• Various data entry tasks and support
• Training to cover vacations for Sales Ops Team for data maintenance and information collection
• Other projects to be assigned

Requirements:

What do you need to be successful?

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite with strong excel and data analysis skills
• Comfortable with general software applications and technology, with knowledge of ERP and CRM systems helpful
• Ability to work with little supervision, ability to self-audit, detail oriented and critical thinking skills
• Strong verbal and written communication skills
• Knowledge of ISO9001 standards is a plus

This is a temporary position with an expected 4-6 month duration. 30 -40 hours per week depending on project work, deadlines and vacation schedule of sales operations team. 8am start time with flexibility. This is an in office position.
