Job summary

BYLT Premium Basics is seeking a Retail Stylist to help customers on the sales floor, educate them on BYLT products, and create a positive shopping experience. You will greet customers, drive sales through engagement and upselling, and keep displays neat and aligned with brand guidelines.

The role involves assisting with promotions, answering questions, processing payments, and supporting inventory. Flexibility for varied hours, including weekends, is required.

Qualifications

• Excellent communicator with the ability to engage customers and team members.
• Strong in problem solving and handling customer concerns professionally.
• Able to meet sales goals and upsell products effectively.
• Proficient in basic information gathering to resolve issues.
• Willing to learn BYLT product knowledge and procedures.
• Experience with cash handling and POS systems is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Actively greet and engage customers on the sales floor to deliver a great experience.
• Drive sales through engagement, suggestive selling, and product knowledge.
• Maintain neat, tidy displays and merchandise per BYLT guidelines.
• Notify clientele of promotions and upcoming merchandise of interest.
• Respond to customer questions and assist with transactions.
• Process payments by cash, gift cards, store credit, and cards.
• Alert management to potential security issues as needed.
• Assist with inventory receiving and stocking merchandise.
• Other duties as assigned.
