Responsibilities

• Deliver a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment.
• Cross-train to support multiple areas of the store as needed.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and follow merchandising procedures.
• Process customer purchases/returns accurately and assist with store recovery throughout the day.
• Adhere to labor laws and safety procedures and support shrink reduction goals.
