Job description

The UA Museum of the North's research departments regularly hire temporary researchers to work on various projects. Pay is commensurate with experience and complexity of duties performed. Research departments include: Herbarium, Mammalogy, Entomology, Archaeology, Earth Sciences, Ornithology, Ethnology and History, and Fine Arts.

Position Details:

This position is based on the Troth Yeddha’ Campus at the University of Alaska Fairbanks (UAF). While in-person work is preferred, remote work may be considered for exceptionally qualified candidates for positions involving data analysis.This is a part-time temporary position and hours will vary by department and project. Salary is determined based on the position type, qualifications, and relevant experience.
