Qualifications

• 5+ years of litigation calendaring/docketing experience.
• Strong experience with CompuLaw/Aderant Vision or similar docketing software.
• Extensive knowledge of federal and state court rules and procedures.
• Excellent organizational, analytical, and legal research skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office Suite.

Responsibilities

• Manage high-volume litigation docketing and calendaring using CompuLaw.
• Review filings, rules, orders to ensure accurate deadlines.
• Execute complex federal and state court calendaring.
• Analyze documents and dockets to identify deadlines.
• Assist with CompuLaw database administration and workflow.
