This position supports our team on our child and adolescent units on a Temporary Assignment for 13 weeks on 12-hour night shifts. This is an excellent opportunity for RN’s who are interested in gaining hands-on experience in Psychiatric Care without a long-term commitment. As a temporary position, this role is not eligible for our benefit programs.
NOTE: Current employees and candidates employed by any UHS facility within the last 6 months are not eligible for this role.
The Registered Nurse RN coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. They oversee and direct the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.
