The RN coordinates patient care with an interdisciplinary team and oversees Mental Health Technicians to ensure safety and quality of care. Must hold a Florida RN license with at least three years in psychiatry.

The facility is located on a beautiful 14-acre campus in Orlando, Florida, and includes 112 licensed beds. We are currently seeking qualified professionals with active/clear license in the state of Florida. Previous experience in a psychiatric facility or rehabilitation program is required.
This position supports our team as a Temporary Assignment for 12 weeks on 12-hour night shifts, with the possibility of extension for up to 6 months. This is an excellent opportunity for RN’s who are interested in gaining hands‑on experience in Psychiatric Care without a long-term commitment. As a temporary position this is not eligible for our benefit programs, we offer exceptional pay of $75/hour. Current or recent employees of UHS are not eligible for this program.

The Registered Nurse RN coordinates and evaluates patient care through collaborative efforts with the interdisciplinary team in accordance with the nursing process and the standards of care and practices. They oversee and direct the Mental Health Technicians on their units to provide for the safety and needs of the patients.
