Job summary

Community Options, Inc. is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator based in Queens, NY to manage all local staff recruitment and hiring of support staff across assigned region(s). The role handles full-lifecycle recruitment, maintains applicant data, schedules interviews, and supports program operations with management.

The ideal candidate has 1+ year in recruiting/HR, proficiency with sourcing platforms, and is able to extend offers and complete background checks. Starting pay is $70,000 annually.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of recruiting or HR experience.
• Bachelor’s Degree preferred.
• Proficient with LinkedIn, Indeed, ZipRecruiter and other sourcing tools.

Responsibilities

• Manage full lifecycle recruitment for assigned region.
• Maintain applicant data and interview scheduling in HRIS.
• Develop relationships with candidates and referrals.
• Screen candidates and extend offers.
• Conduct background checks and reference checks.
• Onboard new hires in HRIS and HR systems.
• Assist with program operations scheduling.
