Compensation

• $21.63 - $24.04 / hour

This range is a general guideline and may vary based on qualifications, location, and responsibilities. The position may also include bonuses and benefits such as health insurance, retirement plans, and paid time off. Final offers depend on a thorough assessment of the candidate's background.

What You'll Be Doing as a Temporary Receptionist

• Providing professional responses to calls and emails
• Welcoming tenants and guiding applicants through the process
• Distributing application materials, conducting interviews, background, and credit checks
• Handling leasing tasks such as lease signings, financial statements, and administrative duties

Qualifications

We are looking for someone who:

• Is bilingual in English and Greek
• Can work on-site Monday-Friday, 8:30AM - 5PM
• Thrives in a fast-paced environment
• Has experience in affordable housing (preferred but not mandatory)
• Possesses excellent communication skills
• Has managed complex operational tasks
• Is motivated, reliable, and committed to exceptional service
