Qualifications

• Experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, or maintenance preferred.
• Ability to follow instructions and complete tasks efficiently.
• Reliable, punctual with a strong work ethic.
• Must be able to perform physical labor (lifting, bending, standing).
• Valid driver\'s license may be required for driving roles.
• Willingness to adhere to company policies and safety guidelines.

Responsibilities

• Perform groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property duties.
• Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property, including trash removal and cleaning checks.
• Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed.
• Drive company vehicles or equipment if required (license may be needed).
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed.
