Redstone Residential is seeking hardworking and reliable temporary workers to assist with a variety of tasks across properties. This part-time/temporary role may involve groundskeeping, cleaning, driving, maintenance, and checks as needed.

The position requires adaptability, a strong work ethic, and the ability to work independently or as part of a team. Prior experience is preferred but not required, and a valid driver’s license may be required for driving tasks.

Qualifications

• Prior experience in groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or related field is preferred but not required.
• Must be able to perform physical labor, including lifting, bending, and standing for extended periods.
• Reliable and punctual with a strong work ethic; able to work independently or with a team.

Responsibilities

• Perform assigned tasks such as groundskeeping, cleaning, maintenance, or other property-related duties.
• Assist with general upkeep and cleanliness of the property, including trash removal and cleaning checks.
• Support maintenance team with repairs and unit turnovers as needed.
• Drive company vehicles or equipment if required (subject to applicable licensing).
• Follow safety protocols and company procedures at all times.
• Complete assigned work efficiently and professionally.
• Communicate with supervisors and team members to ensure tasks are completed as needed.
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude while interacting with residents and staff.
