SALARY: $17.00/hr +4.25 hours of daily OT

SHIFT SCHEDULE:

• 12.25 hours (rotating days/nights) every 8 weeks
• 5:45 am - 6:00 pm, 5:45 pm - 6:00 am
• Two 3-day weekends off a month

ROLE SUMMARY:

We are seeking a Temporary Production Technician at the Oklahoma City Lid Plant. This entry-level position is ideal for motivated individuals who enjoy contributing in a team environment and are looking for a new challenge.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Operate semi-automatic machinery manually
• Run and maintain high-speed equipment
• Troubleshoot, repair equipment, and perform preventative maintenance
• Manage logistical modules related to daily manufacturing operations
• Perform quality checks and record data in automated systems
• Interpret statistical data to inform quality and productivity decisions
• Follow all safety policies and procedures

JOB QUALIFICATIONS:

• High School Diploma or GED
• Hardworking and self-motivated
• Ability to handle multiple tasks and focus on safety
• Ability to stand, bend, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds continuously
• Mechanical/Industrial experience preferred
• Willingness to work overtime as required
