Position Summary
This is a temporary position that will support the Associate Director for Student Employment Development in the administration and implementation of campus-wide student employment initiatives, including hiring platform management, communications, and special projects designed to enhance the student employment experience.
Responsibilities include overseeing data entry and error correction for the JobX student employment hiring platform, ensuring accurate job records in both JobX and Banner, processing job approvals, troubleshooting to support efficient student hiring operations, and possible platform training.
This position will also support the implementation and continuous improvement of campus-wide student employment initiatives and programs. The Admin Assistant will collect and analyze data to inform recommendations related to student employment policies, compensation practices, and program effectiveness.

Work Schedule and Hours
Typical office hours are Monday-Friday from 9:00 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. Additional hours on evenings/weekends as needed for meetings, presentations and special events to meet the needs of the department. Depending on the needs of student employment, remote work may be available.
