Job summary

EXOS in McLean, VA is seeking a Performance Coach to support our corporate wellness program. You will lead group classes, provide one-on-one training, and tailor fitness plans to a diverse client base, including high-risk populations.

You will monitor safety, assess progress, and design effective workouts while supporting incentive programs and day-to-day facility operations. Excellent communication and customer service skills help build lasting client relationships.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s Degree in Exercise Science or Kinesiology or related field.
• Current NASM/ACSM/NSCA/ACE certification preferred.
• CPR/AED/First Aid certification required.
• At least 6 months of industry experience, including internships.

Responsibilities

• Monitor safety and adherence to workout plans.
• Lead diverse group exercise classes.
• Conduct fitness assessments, prescribe personalized exercise plans, and design effective workout programs.
• Offer one-on-one consultations, personalized training, and motivation to help clients succeed in their fitness journeys.
