Job summary

Cole Health seeks a Pediatric Physical Therapist for a 12-week temporary assignment in Conroe and The Woodlands, Texas. You’ll start Jan 4, 2027, with a full caseload from day one and join an experienced pediatric therapy team.

You’ll provide high-quality PT services to children, evaluate and treat based on individual goals, collaborate with families, document thoroughly, and help families implement progress outside of therapy in a supportive clinic environment.

Qualifications

• Current Texas Physical Therapist license in the state of Texas.
• Experience in pediatric therapy preferred.
• Strong clinical, communication, and organizational skills.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with a multidisciplinary team.
• Willingness to work at both Conroe and The Woodlands locations.

Responsibilities

• Provide high-quality physical therapy services to pediatric patients.

Job description

Seeking a Physical Therapist (PT) for a 12-week temporary assignment supporting our pediatric therapy clinics in Conroe and The Woodlands, Texas.

This position is an excellent opportunity for a PT looking for a short-term assignment with a full caseload from day one and the opportunity to work alongside an experienced pediatric therapy team.

• Start Date: January 4, 2027
• Schedule: Monday–Thursday, 8:00 AM–7:00 PM
• Hours: 40 hours per week
• Locations: Conroe and The Woodlands, TX
• Caseload: Full schedule at both locations upon starting
• Employment Type: Temporary / Travel Assignment
• Salary Range:$48-$56 per billable hour (unit based); $70 per evaluation
