Job summary

Cole Health in Cypress, TX is expanding its pediatric physical therapy services. You will be the sole PT onsite initially, giving you autonomy to shape the program while supported by our interdisciplinary team.

We offer two compensation models: hourly and pay-per-visit, with benefits options. This is a path to growth within a 25-year established organization, collaborating with Occupational, Speech Therapy and ABA to improve outcomes.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• 1+ year pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline.

Responsibilities

At Cole Health, we are expanding in Cypress and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused PT to help establish and grow services at this location. You’ll initially be the sole PT onsite — giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team.

Compensation Options

We understand that flexibility matters — which is why we offer two pay models:

Option 1: Hourly

$33.66 – $40.87 per hour

Based on clock-in/clock-out time

Option 2: Pay Per Visit

Choose:

PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off

PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrual

PPV Rates:

$44 – $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected)

Who You Are

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas

At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred but not required
