Job summary

Cole Health in Schertz, TX is seeking a pediatric physical therapist to lead and grow our local program. You will be the initial on-site PT, with autonomy to shape services while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

We offer a full-time schedule (30–40 hours/week), two pay models, relocation and student loan assistance, a $5,000 sign-on bonus, CEU stipend, 401(k) with company matching, and comprehensive PTO/holidays.

Qualifications

• Texas licensed PT with pediatric experience.
• Minimum 1 year pediatric experience preferred.
• Ability to work independently while collaborating with an interdisciplinary team.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow pediatric PT services at the Schertz location.
• Collaborate with OT, Speech, and ABA teams.
• Manage your own caseload with autonomy.
• Support professional development and mentoring.

At Cole Health, we are seeking a confident, pediatric-focused PT to help establish and grow services at this location. You’ll initially be the sole PT onsite — giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team.

Compensation Options

We understand that flexibility matters — which is why we offer two pay models:

Option 1: Hourly

$70,000– $85,000 annually

Based on clock-in/clock-out time

Option 2: Pay Per Visit

Choose:

PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off

PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrual

PPV Rates:

$44 – $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected)

Who You Are

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas

At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred

Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
