Job summary

Cole Health in Conroe, TX is expanding and seeking a pediatric-focused Physical Therapist to lead and grow services at this location. You’ll be the sole PT onsite initially—shaping the program with full support from our interdisciplinary team.

We offer two compensation models: hourly ($70,000–$85,000 annually) and pay-per-visit with benefits and PTO options. You’ll have clinical autonomy and opportunities for growth within a 25-year organization.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• At least 1+ year pediatric experience preferred but not required.
• Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow pediatric PT services in Conroe, TX.
• Collaborate with occupational, speech therapy and ABA teams.
• Autonomy in managing your caseload while receiving interdisciplinary support.

Salary Range: $70,000.00 To $85,000.00 Annually

At Cole Health, we are expanding in Conroe and seeking a confident, pediatric-focused PT to help establish and grow services at this location. You’ll initially be the sole PT onsite — giving you the autonomy to shape the program while still having the full support of our larger interdisciplinary team.

Compensation Options

We understand that flexibility matters — which is why we offer two pay models:

Option 1: Hourly

$70,000 – $85,000 annually

Based on clock-in/clock-out time

Option 2: Pay Per Visit

Choose:

PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off

PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrual

PPV Rates:

$44 – $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected)

Who You Are

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas
