Job summary

Cole Health in San Marcos, TX is seeking a licensed Pediatric Physical Therapist to lead and grow our pediatric services at this location. This full-time role offers two compensation options: an hourly model and a pay-per-visit model, with generous benefits and a $5,000 sign-on bonus.

The ideal candidate will be independent, collaborative, and passionate about helping children reach their fullest potential while integrating with Occupational, Speech Therapy, and ABA teams.

Qualifications

• Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas.
• 1+ year pediatric experience preferred.
• Able to practice independently while collaborating across disciplines.

Responsibilities

• Lead and grow pediatric therapy services for the San Marcos location.
• Collaborate on care with Occupational, Speech Therapy, and ABA teams.
• Manage your own caseload with clinical autonomy.

Compensation Options

We understand that flexibility matters — which is why we offer two pay models:

Option 1: Hourly

$33.66 – $40.87 per hour

Based on clock-in/clock-out time

Option 2: Pay Per Visit

Choose:

PPV with Benefits + No Paid Time Off

PPV with Benefits + Paid Time Off Accrual

PPV Rates:

$44 – $56 per billable hour (based on experience & model selected)

Who You Are

Licensed Physical Therapist in Texas

At least 1+ year of pediatric experience preferred

Comfortable practicing independently while collaborating cross-discipline
