Doherty Staffing Solutions is hiring a Packer on the 2nd shift for a food production company in St. Peter, MN. You will package finished products, inspect for quality, and help keep the production line running efficiently.

Responsibilities

• Pack finished products into trays, boxes, and cases according to product specifications.
• Inspect seals, lot codes, labels, weights, and finished products for quality.
• Build trays, label cases, and palletize finished products.
• Monitor packaging quality and communicate potential issues to production and quality team members.
• Assist with production line setup, changeovers, shift changes, and cleanup.
• Record waste and scrap accurately according to established procedures.
• Maintain a clean and sanitary work area while following food safety, GMP, and allergen‑control requirements.

• Ability to read and write in English
• Good communication skills and a team-oriented mindset
• Ability to follow food safety, quality, sanitation, and GMP requirements
