Qualifications

What You'll Do as a Repack Associate:

• Pack pasta and noodle products into boxes or containers according to company specifications

What You Need to Bring to the Repack Associate Role:

• Must be ablle to consistently lift 30-35 ponds and up to 50 pounds occasionally with or without reasonable accommodations
• Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to maintaining high product quality
• Knowledge of or willingness to learn Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP)
• Ability to stand, walk, and move throughout the shift, and work in varying environmental conditions (dust, noise, etc.)
• Basic problem-solving skills and ability to follow instructions
