Job summary

Masterson Staffing is hiring entry-level Food Packagers in Lakeville, MN to support a fast-paced production line for popular snack foods. No prior experience is required, and weekly pay is offered. The role is on-site with a Monday–Friday schedule and 8-hour shifts.

Qualified applicants must be able to lift up to 50 lbs and wear steel-toe boots; multilingual candidates are welcome and English language requirements are flexible. Benefits include health/dental/vision and a 401(k) plan.

No prior experience is required, and you’ll be paid weekly!

Monday – Friday1st Shift: 6:00 AM – 2:00 PM | $15.50/hour

What You’ll Do:

• Package a variety of snack food products on a production line
• Follow food safety and cleanliness guidelines
• Work as part of a team to meet production goals
• Maintain a clean and organized workstation

Job Requirements:
