Job summary

Acara Solutions is seeking an HR Assistant in Mount Holly Springs, PA for a temporary 6-month contract onsite. You will support recruiting efforts, coordinate onboarding, and maintain employee records across multiple eastern U.S.

locations in a fast-paced manufacturing setting. The ideal candidate has at least 1 year in HR or recruitment coordination, a High School Diploma, familiarity with Workday and MS Office, and strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and knowledge of I-9 and

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year of HR, recruiting coordination, or administrative support.
• High School Diploma required.
• Experience with HRIS such as Workday and proficiency in Microsoft Office.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate interviews and track applicant progress in Workday.
• Assist onboarding with new hire materials and paperwork.
• Maintain accurate and compliant employee records (I-9s, etc.).
• Ensure compliance with E-Verify and labor laws.
• Support employee engagement and site events.
