Job summary

JFC Staffing Companies is seeking an Accounts Payable Clerk for a temporary onsite project. You will process and code vendor invoices, help clear backlog, and resolve discrepancies in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.

The role requires prior AP experience, familiarity with Sage or ERP systems, sharp attention to detail, and reliability. Full-time, 8:00 am to 5:00 pm, onsite, Monday through Friday.

Qualifications

• Prior Accounts Payable experience with strong AP coding skills
• Familiarity with ERP systems, Sage preferred
• High attention to detail and strong organizational skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, high-volume environment
• Reliable with strong communication skills
• Availability to work full-time onsite, Monday through Friday, 8:00 am - 5:00 pm

Responsibilities

• Process and accurately code incoming vendor invoices
• Assist with catching up on outstanding AP entries to keep records current
• Research and help resolve invoice discrepancies
• Maintain organized and compliant accounts payable documentation
• Provide general administrative support related to AP functions
