Unio Health Partners is seeking a Temporary Office Coordinator I to support front-office operations for physicians’ practices. You will greet patients, verify demographics and insurance, and coordinate scheduling and records to ensure smooth daily operations.
This temporary role runs through December 2026 with some travel to Arcadia, requiring strong customer service, accurate data handling, and basic medical terminology knowledge.

The Office Coordinator I is responsible for the implementation of front-office services and daily operations of the Physician/s practice. Communication with staff in all departments is paramount in this position, ensuring that the front office operation needs are met effectively and efficiently.
Temporary position is through December 2026 and will require some travel to our Arcadia location.
