Job summary

Unio Health Partners (UHP) is seeking a Recruiting Coordinator to manage the day-to-day recruitment lifecycle in Southern California. You will handle postings, outreach, credentialing, onboarding, and candidate surveys in a fast-paced, collaborative setting.

Ideal candidates bring 1–2 years in recruiting or HR coordination, strong organizational and communication skills, and experience with ATS systems. This on-site role supports our physician practices across the California region.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in human resources, business administration, healthcare administration, or related field preferred; equivalent experience considered.
• 1–2 years of experience in recruiting, talent acquisition, HR coordination, or related administrative role; healthcare recruiting a plus.

Responsibilities

• Manage job postings and maintain recruitment channels across job boards and platforms.
• Support outreach to fellowship and residency programs to build the physician and APP talent pipeline.
• Coordinate candidate credentialing documentation and requirements throughout the hiring process.
• Administer candidate surveys at the pre-interview, post-interview, and onboarding stages.
• Track and maintain recruitment data and metrics to support reporting and process improvement.
• Conduct initial candidate screening and outreach.
• Manage candidate communications and outreach cadence to ensure a timely, positive candidate experience.

Position Summary

The Recruiting Coordinator supports Unio Specialty Care's talent acquisition efforts by managing the day-to-day logistics of the recruitment lifecycle — from sourcing and initial candidate contact through credentialing and onboarding. This role is ideal for a detail-oriented, organized professional who thrives in a fast-paced, collaborative environment and is eager to help build the clinical and administrative teams at an industry-leading specialty care organization.

What You Will Be Doing

• Manage job postings and maintain recruitment channels across job boards and platforms

What You Will Bring To The Team

• Live in SoCal
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple candidates and priorities simultaneously
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• High attention to detail, particularly with credentialing documentation and compliance requirements
• Proficiency with applicant tracking systems (ATS), job boards, and Microsoft Office
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and exercise sound judgment with sensitive candidate and employee information
• Comfortable working both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
