Job summary

Pho Prime, LLC is seeking an experienced Occupational Health Nurse to provide and coordinate care for employees with work-related injuries and illnesses. You will perform case management and help ensure rapid, safe return-to-work.

Responsibilities include monitoring care for workers’ compensation patients, documenting notes in OHM software, and collaborating with Safety Manager and employees. Fluency in English (and Spanish preferred) is desirable, with flexible full-time scheduling in

Qualifications

• 4-year college degree or equivalent.
• 3-5 years of nursing experience in occupational health, orthopedics, or an emergency room.
• Ability to type 30 words per minute.
• PC operations: email, Word, and Excel.
• Fluent English and Spanish preferred.
• Must be detail-oriented and able to work independently.
• Effective verbal and written communication; ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Provides, monitors, and coordinates medical care for workers’ compensation patients.
• Provides case management by coordinating with specialists, therapists, Corporate Safety Manager, and employees to return to work quickly and safely.
• Documents nursing notes, physical results, and workers' compensation information in OHM software using appropriate medical terminology.
• Provides assistance to the Occupational Health Nurses and Workers’ Compensation Coordinator; performs other duties as assigned.
• Meets expectations for attendance and punctuality.
