Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Direct the day-to-day functions of nursing assistants and supervise staff.
• Admit, transfer, and discharge residents as required and complete reports.
• Prepare and administer medications as ordered by physicians.
• Maintain patient records and document nursing care and responses.
• Provide IV therapy, wound care, and other professional nursing services as needed.
• Maintain confidentiality and privacy of resident information.
• Attend rounds with physicians and coordinate with other departments.
