The part-time role delivers individualized, in-the-moment instructional coaching aligned to each teacher's growth and professional development.

Highlights

• Coaches beginning teachers through NC NTSP's three core services: a professional learning institute, individualized instructional coaching, and aligned professional development.
• Supports transformative, intentional coaching aimed at improving beginning teacher effectiveness and retention.
• Works within the UNC-General Assembly New Teacher Mentoring Project, administered by the College of Education at East Carolina University.
• Requires travel, which is reimbursed per NTSP policy.
