Job summary

Collective Health in Lehi, UT is seeking temporary Member Advocate Contractors to join our Customer Experience team. You will be the first point of contact for members, respond to high-volume Tier 1 inquiries, and help members understand and navigate their health benefits.

This hybrid role requires empathy, strong communication, and the ability to learn new software quickly. The contract spans Aug 31, 2026 to Feb 26, 2027 with in-office Mondays and Tuesdays.

Qualifications

• Experience helping others with healthcare situations is a plus.
• Ability to navigate a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
• Strong written and verbal communication.
• Comfort with learning new software and processes.

Responsibilities

• Respond to high-volume Tier 1 member inquiries via phone and email.
• Guide members through their health benefits and how to pay for care.
• Collaborate with the team to support a seamless member experience.
