Job summary

IVI RMA North America in Littleton seeks a Medical Assistant to support our growing fertility care practice. This full-time role provides hands-on clinical experience and the opportunity to work with an expert team focused on patient outcomes.

Schedule Monday–Friday, 7:15 AM–4:15 PM with rotating weekends and holidays. Responsibilities include exam room prep, assisting clinicians, specimen collection, phlebotomy, and EMR/documentation using Outlook and Excel.

Qualifications

• Completion of CMA program preferred.
• Phlebotomy certification preferred.
• 6+ months MA experience in a physician practice.

Responsibilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms.
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures.
• Perform specimen collection and processing.
• Assist physicians with patient care and clinical procedures.
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms/equipment are stocked.
• Practice phlebotomy.
• Specimen collection and processing for in-house/outside labs.
• Provide patients with information and comfort before/during/after procedures.

We are seeking aMedical Assistant to support our growing Littleton practice. This full-time opportunity offers hands-on clinical experience in a specialized field of healthcare, working alongside an expert team committed to delivering exceptional patient outcomes.

Essential Functions And Accountabilities

• Prepare exam and procedure rooms
• Support patients during clinical visits and procedures
• Perform specimen collection and processing
• Assist Physicians with patient care and clinical procedures
• Maintain supplies and ensure rooms and equipment are clean and fully stocked
• Practice phlebotomy
• Maintain clinical supplies inventory.
• Specimen collection, processing for in-house and outside laboratories.
• Provide patients with information regarding upcoming procedures and reassurance/comfort before, during and after procedures.

Academic Training

• Completion of Certified Medical Assistant Program - preferred
  Studies level: Certification
  Studies area: Nursing/healthcare assistant
• Phlebotomy Program - preferred
  Studies level: Certification
  Studies area: Phlebotomy Program

Requirements

• 6+ months experience as a Medical Assistant in physician practice
• Must be able to work weekends, holidays, and occasional evenings
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office, especially Outlook and Excel

Preferred Experience

• 1+ year Phlebotomy experience or willingness to learn preferred
• Prior experience in Fertility, OBGYN, or Women's healthcare - preferred
• Experience supporting clinical procedures is a plus
• Electronic Medical Record (EMR) experience - preferred
