Job description

AWI Management Corp. is seeking an experienced individual to help maintain a large multi-family apartment community in Redding, CA. Experience in general building maintenance and landscape is preferred.

The position is full-time at 40 hours a week.

Pay range is $25.00 - $26.00/hour DOE.

Requirements:

• Reliable Transportation
• Authorized to work in the United States
• Access to a personal smartphone with email, messaging and app functionality. Usage will be reimbursed.
• This position requires the ability to operate a motor vehicle as an essential function of the job. A valid driver's license is required. • Work with manager to schedule vendors and order necessary supplies
• Perform preventative maintenance duties

• Follow policies and procedures
