Qualifications

• A valid plumbing license is required to work on base.
• Experience with power tools and pipe fittings required.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures according to codes.
• Studies drawings to determine work aids and sequence of installations.
• Inspects structures for obstructions and leaks; reads pressure gauges.
• Installs fixtures such as sinks, toilets, water heaters and waste systems.
• Welds holding fixtures to steel structural members if needed.
