• Two years of advanced education or specialized training preferred.
• A valid plumbing license is required to work on base.

Responsibilities

• Assembles, installs and repairs pipes, fittings and fixtures per codes.
• Reads plans and determines required work aids and sequence.
• Inspects structures to avoid obstructions and weakening.
• Cuts openings in walls/floors to accommodate pipes and fittings.
• Tests systems for leaks using pressure gauges.
• Repairs plumbing fixtures and replaces washers in faucets.
