Qualifications

• 1-3 years of experience in residential, commercial, or mechanical maintenance.
• Ability to identify and troubleshoot electrical, plumbing, HVAC, and appliance issues.
• Must have a valid U.S. driver’s license.

Responsibilities

• Respond to service requests in a friendly, professional manner and complete tasks promptly.
