Position Details

We are seeking a Temporary Maintenance Assistant at our Burlington, WA location. The role offers a safe work environment, a supportive culture, and benefits such as medical, dental, vision, 401(k), paid holidays, and flexible schedules. The pay range is $21.36 - $23.79 per hour.

Responsibilities

1. Coordinate with the Maintenance team to complete preventative maintenance orders.
2. Assist with corrective/reactive work orders.
3. Provide excellent customer service within the Maintenance Department.
4. Manage dust collection and air intake filters on production equipment.
5. Organize and track filters inventory.

Qualifications

1. High school diploma or GED.
2. At least two years of facility experience in a factory setting.
3. Willingness to follow safety policies.
4. Certification for operating floor cleaners, forklifts, and scissor lifts.
5. Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and work outdoors in various weather conditions.
6. Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
