Job summary

Coach in Schaumburg, IL is seeking a Sales Support Associate to help drive store success with friendly, efficient service at the cash wrap and on the floor. You will handle stock, assist customers, and support brand standards in a luxury retail setting.

Ideal candidates have at least 1 year retail experience, knowledge of fashion trends, and strong English communication. You will operate POS, maintain stockroom organization, and collaborate with the team to deliver exceptional guest experiences.

Qualifications

• 1+ year of retail experience in luxury or high-service environment.
• Knowledge of fashion trends and market competition.
• Knowledge of cash register systems, basic computer skills (iPad/laptop), Mobile POS and Internet.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Welcome clients with warmth and professionalism; anticipate needs and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as a brand ambassador; support social media engagement.
• Operate POS accurately, maintain cash wrap organization, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer information where permitted.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments and transfers; report discrepancies and maintain stockroom cleanliness.
• Manage stock levels, replenish sales floor, and execute visual merchandising updates.
• Support sales floor activities, respond to customer requests, and collaborate with team or management.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and adhere to Loss Prevention guidelines.
