Coach is recruiting a Sales Support Associate in New York to help drive store success and deliver a premium customer experience. You will work at the cash wrap and on the sales floor, ensuring accurate operations from receipt to sale while upholding brand standards.

The role requires a friendly, efficient approach, basic computer/POS skills, and the ability to work a flexible schedule including nights and weekends in a luxury setting.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience with cashier or stock responsibilities.
• Knowledge of cash register systems and basic computer skills including iPad and Mobile POS.
• Strong English language proficiency.

Responsibilities

• Greet clients warmly and provide personalized assistance.
• Serve as brand ambassador and support social media engagement.
• Operate POS, maintain cash wrap, and handle cash/media per policy.
• Suggest add-on products, promote gift cards, and capture customer info.
• Receive, process, and organize shipments; report discrepancies.
• Manage stock levels, replenish floor, and update visuals.
• Support sales floor activities and respond to customer requests.
• Maintain housekeeping standards and Loss Prevention compliance.
